Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer made by me as an entrepreneur to you as a consumer (any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or professional activity) and to every distance agreement concluded between us.

I reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms shall take effect from the moment they are published on the website and shall apply to all new orders and bookings placed thereafter.

Prices & payment

All prices listed on the website include VAT and other applicable taxes and exclude any potential shipping costs.

Prices may be changed at any time; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website. You are required to complete all payments as indicated during the checkout process.

Delivery of services

For services such as card readings, you may book an appointment via the website or social media. A booking is only final after confirmation and receipt of payment.

Online card readings will be sent to the email address you provided via the contact form. You will receive your guidance reading within three weeks of purchase.

Right of withdrawal

For services, the right of withdrawal applies up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours prior to the start of the service, costs will be charged as previously stated.

All intellectual property rights related to the Website, including texts, images, software, and other materials used on the Website, belong to Soft Sacred Self or its licensors.
