This policy applies to the Guidance Programs, in which you receive a monthly personal card reading for a duration of your choice. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. For any questions, you may contact us at info@softsacredself.com

1. General
The Guidance Programs offer you a monthly card reading aligned with your personal energy and questions.
You may choose a duration of 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months, depending on your preference.
Subscriptions are personal and cannot be transferred to others.
All card readings take place online.

2. Fees and Payments
The monthly fee for the Guidance Programs depends on the selected duration.
Payments are automatically charged on a monthly basis via the payment method you provide.
The price is lower if you choose to pay the full amount upfront.

3. Duration and Renewal
The subscription has a fixed term of 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your selection at registration.
At the end of the chosen term, the subscription will not automatically renew. If you wish to continue with a new program, you may enroll again.

4. Cancellations
4.1 Subscription Cancellation
A Guidance Program subscription cannot be canceled before the end of the fixed term.
You are required to complete the payments for the full duration of the subscription, even if you decide to end the program early.

5. Refund Policy
Unused sessions within the subscription period cannot be transferred or refunded.

6. Changes to the Subscription
Soft Sacred Self reserves the right to modify prices and terms. Any changes will not affect ongoing programs but will apply to new enrollments.
If you start a new program, you will be informed in advance of any updated terms and conditions.
